Jim Colegrove

I have been running with LMEMS since 2011 and have been licensed as an EMT since 2016. I was asked by a friend to help with EMS starting as a driver and found I liked helping others in need. I am recently retired and like the fact that I am a true volunteer with LMEMS. My hobbies include sailboat racing along with other water related activities.
